We believe Africa’s greatest resource is her women. For decades, women have been the most marginalized and wounded people in Africa, left abandoned or widowed, many victims of sex trafficking and HIV+, they are destitute fearing that their children will soon join the ranks of Africa’s countless orphans.

As we partner with different people around the globe, we are committed to millions of women who bear the brunt of these horrific injustices. Their key needs include housing, healthcare support, empowerment and education for their children.

My Journey

From Struggle to Empowerment

As a Single mother, I’ve faced numerous challenges while raising my children. Despite the struggles, I’ve emerged stronger and more determined to make a difference in my community. Today, I’m proud to be helping women and single mothers overcome their own struggles and thrive.

My Story begins with the hardships I faced as a single mother. Raising my children alone was a daunting task, filled with uncertainty and fear. I struggled to make ends meet, working multiple jobs to provide for my family’s basic needs. Despite my best efforts, I often felt overwhelmed and alone.

However, I refused to give up, I drew strength from my children’s smiles and laughter, and I knew I had to keep pushing forward. I began to connect with other single mothers in my community, sharing our experiences and supporting one another

As I navigated my own journey, I realized that many women faced similar challenges. I saw the need for a supportive community, where we could share resources, advice, and encouragement. This realization sparked a desire in me to help others and today I’m proud to the lead through Women Impact that empowers women and mothers to survive and thrive.
